NO, if you are looking for an apartment, do not even think about the pines of lanier. The property manager thinks just because there are young people living together that you are automatically stupid. Told me that we would have all these expenses about $600 after the $200 deposit and $300 pet fee. The apartment had normal wear and tear, which is normal with old apartments that smell and fall apart easily. You tell them something is wrong, they wont fix it till you move you and charge you. Right next to a dealership and they make announcments all through the night. Traffic is terrible, cannot sleep for people yelling and people burning out in the middle of the night. 2 cops have to live on the grounds because its unsafe. I want to warn anyone who reads this before they get into all the hassle and possibly ruin your credit. VERY Dissatisfied. If pet uses the bathroom once you've lost ALL the money, even if it didnt use the bathroom they'll still say it did and you wont receive a dime.

I totally agree, not a safe place, people in office are very rude.

Everything said is true. When I lived there later I found out several mentally ill patients live there, management is not kid friendly, and after always requesting repairs on things that were messed up when I moved in they never fixed they charged me for it when I moved. Its not well kept and not worth the headache.
