The Manager is the rudest person I have ever met. If you like being treated like you owe her somthing for living youll like it. The maintenance staff came into my apartment for no reason without notice (which IS illegal no matter what the manager tells you) and reported we had a dog (was their for 2 days while we watched him for a friend). Well we get a nasty note from the office, when we try to explain that woman talked to us like dogs! She yelled and swore at us and said we HAD to pay a pet deposit NOW regardless if we still had the dog with us or she wouldnt accept out rent. When we realized they would come in out apartment whenever they felt like it (I work in apartment managment by the way so this is not just sour grapes) I,changed the locks. My wife ran to the store and in 20 min. when she came back one of the maintenance men was standing by our door waiting on her! He asked why our locks were changed; he was asked why he was trying to enter our apartment. He responded "to check and see if you still have a dog in their."(again ILLEGAL!) Well aside from the maintenance man trying to intimidate my wife our apartment and my car was broken into. When we had enough and HAD to move the manager wanted $2100!(on a $550 piece of crap) or she wouldn't take our final months rent so we obliged her and gave them nothing. Well to top it all off she filed on our credit for the rent we owed $550 plus $500 early termenation fee ($1050 Which I AGREED to pay) BUT then added $350 deposit (which we already paid and was taken per the Lease, again illegal) and 3 MONTHS RENT! A helpful tip to anyone in this situation regardless of what their lease says they cannot legally charge you rent on an apartment if you break the lease UNLESS it is in fact vacant for the entire amount of time! Regardless of what they have you sign.

FROM THE MANAGER: Yes, unfortunately, I do remember you and I also know that every single word of this review is untrue and you know that too. You are only putting this here to fulfill your childish need to always be the victim in any situation even when YOU are the one at fault.
