I would never recommend Pointe Lanier Apartment homes to anyone. This apartment was my first apartment for college. They are very rude to younger people. And there is a pet policy of 150.00 which.. the management doesn't limit pets, so one would assume, no more than 3. A police officer lives here, and she has 2 big dogs, the size of a golden retriever. We have 2 little dogs, and one cat. People that work here are also very nosey, always in your business.

DON'T RECOMMEND. Too pricey for the low quality of the apartment homes.

As the owner of this complex I invite anyone with complaints about service, repairs, or treatment by employees to contact me directly at 404.784.0382. We cannot afford to have unhappy residents. The bottom line is that this apartment community is well cared for and reasonably priced. I cannot speak to this anonymous person's complaint but I can assure you that the apartments are in good condition, clean, maintained, and affordable. Sincerely, George Tatro
