I lived here for a year. The management is nice and maintenance requests are answered promptly. Parking is not a problem and the apartments are newer than some in the area. Those are the good points. Now for the bad...the cops are out there all the time. A lot of shady drug deals and gang activity at night. I never felt safe there. There were also 4 fires in the year that I lived there that I'm aware of. (A few caused by people not watching their kids or leaving them at home alone) Someone tried to steal my cable several times as well. The apartments are rent controlled for low income families so you can get a deal but safety was more important to me so I moved.
