I have lived here since the property has opened. I absolutely love living here. The staff has always been so nice especially Takisha and Jennifer.
There are some people who might make it seem bad but management usually takes care of the issues promptly.

one of the residents there has affairs with married men,so watch your man closely.

This WAS a great place to live when they first openned but the apartments have seriously gone down hill. Trash is piled up so high that it just sits outside the compactor and you see the BIG cockroaches near the garbage. Management SUCKS big time. When Pat was there things were always in GREAT shape. The fitness center is only open when the office is open 9-5 wha't up with that if you have a job and work you can't use the fitness center. Too much bad stuf is going on over there, the gainesville police and the fire department are regular visitors something is always going on in the buildings in the back.
