When I moved in, the property manager was extremely nice (Oct 04). Things got taken care of immediately. Maintenance was good, her awesome attutide made everyone smile when they walked in the office. I actually made it a point to stop in to pay rent rather than leave it in the night drop. Since she left in January 2006, there have been several employee's to come and go. The tall bald guy with a know it all personality is still lurking around. He should walk over to 4 building and see the tree STILL on the side of the building, which fell during an icestorm in Jan. Since then, my apaertment has been majorly infested with ants...They come to spray, and within days of spraying they are back. From talking with all the residents this is not related to the tree, as they live in other building and ant city seems to be the everyone's BIGGEST complaint. As soon as my lease is up...we are out of this ant hill dump...

I heard this exact complaint about Town Creek when I was at Luna's for dinner and the waiter lived there and said he lived at Ant Creek Apartments...

I had an ant problem as well. However, I have been calling to get on the weekly pest control and it has helped tremendously. I think now that the management seems to be stable things are looking up.

Yup. My building is infested with them and they won't do a damn thing about it. The weekly sprays aren't enough. A few days later the ants are back.
