--I live in a 1BR/1BA unit on the top floor; I've lived there for about 10 months and am about to move out for my job. The rent is $560 a month plus $25 for water. It is priced pretty well for the location which is easily within walking distance to the downtown area. I also have a nice view of trees, plants, birds, and some groundhogs. The unit is pretty small, but I've got plenty of storage space.
--The maintenance is usually pretty good. They gave me a new refrigerater once my old one started rumbling, and they also cleaned up all the litter that another resident threw out onto the hill behind the apartment.
--The management, they are the Melissas right now, is very helpful and courteous; they have patio decorating contests (with prizes) and a pool party when it gets warmer. They were very accomodating when I asked to move units a few days after I first moved in.
--My neighbors are college kids which get a little loud at times (usually on Saturday and Sunday nights). It is still a pretty quiet place to live except on the weekend; I don't hear any honking like at my last apartment. The people who were litterring were also kicked out (probably for other reasons than the litterring), but it was good to see unruly tenets being asked to leave.
