We have lived at McEver Vineyards for almost a year and we will renew for another year. I read the negative comments and want to let all know that I believe those that made such a comment must be some source of the problem. Gates are boken by "residents" not management and they have probably been moved in without notifying the office, hmmm. Having said that I have also noticed that the gates have ALWAYS been repaired in a timely manner. In fact, the management/maintenance staff are ALWAYS doing something to improve/maintain the property. Those that say differently have their own personal issues or are just being hateful.

this must have been some of the office staff because this place really is horrible..do yourself a favor and DONT move here!

I am a resident and will have to agree that the gates are damaged by people that live there or who just really don't understand how the gates actually work. It is a magnetic field underneath the ground that will open & close the gate. It doesn't help when I see other vehicles that are not in the correct spot to open the gate. The Mgmt does get the gate repaired as quickly as possible.

look out now - its 09/03/07 - the gates have been broken for months! the garbage is disgusting - maybe you guys just don't expect much for your money or are happy settling for garbage
