I have not lived here very long, but I do love it. I personally think that the complex should have assigned parking spots is the only suggestion that I do have. The other thing that I will comment on is the complaints regarding the gates. Gates are going to get hit and they are going to tear up on occasions. They do get them fixed in a timely manner. Maybe those complaining should figure out exactly how a gate works. It is a magnetic field under the ground, if you are not pulled up to the gate in your vehicle straight then it may not detect you and will not open. Secondly, the people that I do see that sit by the Leasing office and wait on residents to come in and then tail gate in, should be fined because those would be the people that are to blame for the gates breaking!! Also, the teenaged kids that hang by the walk-through gate and actually stand on the gate and let non-residents in need to really find something else to do with the spare time that they do have. Sorry that I vented a little, but if you have a situation that needs to be addressed, maybe you should contact the correct people and not complain on the internet. Thanks,
