Very rude office staffer

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
The head lady at the office is Very Rude. She as an attitude and talks down to you. Takes forever to get a work order fixed. Dozens of kids hanging out in the roads, stairwells, etc. Definately not a place i would recommend.
