When I first came to the apartment, I must say, I was very impressed. The apartment itself was very nice, and the staff was nice and helpful as well. It wasn't until I had been here a few months that I realized the problems. The had told me they were having an ant problem... which I realized a couple days after being here, but they were good about spraying. Then 2 1/2 months after living here, I received a notice that my electricity would be turned off in a week, due to me not paying it. I had never recieved a bill. When I called the office, they told me that it was probably not switched over from the last person who had it. I was never told to call the electricity company, nor givin a number to call. Even when I called the office to get a number, they gave me a wrong number which was "the only number they had". These people do not know what they are doing. I would not reccomend this place to anyone. There are much nicer apartments for the same price closer to Atlanta. Also, the "security gate" has been broken for the majority of the time I have lived here. The screen for the guests to look up people's names to be let in has been broken since I moved in, therefore, guests can not come in unless you come to the gate.

MAybe the person next door to you moved in on a special. If you are familiar with apartments you would notice that they run specials every once in a while. Maybe you just missed out on the special. it seems that you are son involved in whats going on in your neighbors apartment that you have neglected to rate the condition of your own. I live at Griffin Crossings now and I have bee for the past two years. The staff has proven to be great and they have taken care of all my friends that have come to apply. I do aplolgize if you have had a bad expericence, but to be honest those ladies in that office are great. You know maybe it's you!
