I have lived at Griffin Crossings for about 3 months. I have just read the comments made by former residents and I am shocked. I have seen two bugs in my apartment and when I notified management they responded promptly with a professional exterminatior. As for the lease, everything was explained to me when I moved in. I understand that I must give a 60 written notice to break my lease and the penlties to do so, it is all writtin down in a, plan easy to understand lease that I have the option to view prior to signing. If I didn't agree with the lease I wouldn't have signed it. Come on, we are all adults aren't we, try to take some responsablity for yourself.
