Lived in the apartment for 8 months. Apartment and maintenance are good but when you plan to leave the apartments be prepared to pay a lot of money. Except for a stain on the carpet the apartment was in perfect condition when we vacated. We were asked to pay paid a huge bill ($2000 after forfeiting the deposit)when we were about to hand over the keys.

I think th egirlin the office is sleeping with the spanish people because they get all of the free stuff. The manager is mean as hell and talks way to much.
