i have lived here for a little over a year now. when i first moved in, i was lied to. i was told that i would be getting an apartment on the top floor, (which is what i asked for when i came in to check out the apartments). i requested to see the location of the apartment, before signing the lease. i was told no, because someone was living in it. i constantly asked them if they were sure it was on the top floor, because i don't like hearing people walk above me. they assured me that it was. i signed the lease, and the day i moved in, i found out that i wasn't on the top, not on the bottom, but in the middle. i dealt with it for a few months, until i just had enough. i went into the leasing office, and complained. one of the staff memebers, told me i couldn't tranfer apartments, until my lease was up... followed by a real snooty, "sorry". i bit my tongue, for another month. went back in and went off, asked to speak to the property manager. she straighted everything out, and tranfered the apartments. i haven't had any problems since. the girl that lied and said that i had the right apartment in the first place, no longer works here. the snooty one still does though. you have to stay on top of them and make sure that they are doing their job. however, it is conviently located, and the other residents are pretty nice. just be prepared to have to take some of the good with the bad.
