The apartment that I have is a nice apartment, with plenty of room and storage space. My only problems with the property are the heavy feet of the person above me, and the lack of solid service in the office. The management is very friendly, but relatively unable to follow thru with basic requests; either because they are too overwhelmed or just unable to organize their time. This complex also offers NO high-speed internet access. The Office has it thru BellSouth Fast Access, but it doesn't come into the complex. The Cable providers, Southeastern Broadband, are unfriendly and have a very lack-luster selection of channels for a heavy price. Because of the rent pricing at this complex, which is a value compared to other complexes, it has attracted a big cross-section of culture. Expect all types of people here. Overall, I wouldn't recommended this complex for anyone. It is built like a high-end complex, but is managed like any other apartment community catering to the masses.
