I recently moved to Griffin for a job and found Walden Pointe to be a very quiet, clean, and safe area.
The management staff is overall pretty friendly and willing to work with you on your issues.
The residents are mostly young families or single individuals and courteous to each other.
The company outsourced for water is terrible, as well as the apartment's cable company!!! Despite these drawbacks, I have been very satisfied thus far and would recommend this community in the future.

Thank you for this info. I am currently moving to Griffin from New York. I was considering Walden Pointe. I like it but I am going to keep looking. (Water is important to me).

I lived at Walden Pointe from September of 2007 to August of 2009 and I had no complaints with the water. In a 1 bedroom my bill was from $12-$15/month (no washer/dryer).
As far as cable, you can go with Comcast, DirecTV, or Dish Network
