Great Place! - I've lived at Ashford Place Apartments for over 3 years. I've never had any problems with vandalism, noise, anything. It's very quiet. A good place for singles or families. Good apartments but.... - I lived in Griffin Crossings back in 2007 and I enjoyed the community. The apartment was nice and well kept. turned down for credit check drove from orlando to visit these apts and found property was not bad ,but apts were older inside than expected but didnt have the chance to move in because did not meet credit standards, come on I make 5000 a month and they are worried about 399 a month

The water company supplied by the complex sucks; We're paying sixty dollars a month for a water bill along with the other residents. We are unable to have DSL and cable is not that great also. I would not recommend no one to move there.
