Great Place! - I've lived at Ashford Place Apartments for over 3 years. I've never had any problems with vandalism, noise, anything. It's very quiet. A good place for singles or families. Its okay for the price - Moved here earlier this year mostly due to being inexpensive. Office staff is nice and seem sincere in helping you. Maintenance staff is really nice too but as for repairs it was 50% chance if they get it done and the other 50% if they do it right the first time. NO!!!!! I will not give them any more referrals because they over charged and I have had 4 different office managers since my stay here and the office personnal is very rude and inconsiderate. They charge according to who you are and not according to the floor or value of the apartments.

turned down for credit check drove from orlando to visit these apts and found property was not bad ,but apts were older inside than expected but didnt have the chance to move in because did not meet credit standards, come on I make 5000 a month and they are worried about 399 a month
