lakeside villas is an absolute nightmare to live in. I took a job in atlanta and trust me finding a good place to live up here is hard. But I settled down in lakeside villas for a 12 month lease anyway which has turned out to be a "big mistake". heres the facts: recreation park borders the complex with disturbing noise & whistles from soccer games or whatever event is taking place. I have lived here for 5 months now and my mail is still being returned with no effort from the local post office in which ive contacted on 3 different occasions to resolve this issue.
Overcharged twice for water bills that have yet to be reimbursed. Gates always open for anybody and everybody including all the thugs that make sure there noticed on a daily basis.Oh yea Did I mention the clouds of blunt smoke in the stairwells. Dont slip up and let your rent go a couple of days or you be will hit with a $300 late charge(how this is even legal, not a clue), but other than that well
i think you get the picture........but im sure to some this is home sweet home......
