Lakeside villas community looks nice from the outside but an absolute nightmare to live in. But I settled down in lakeside villas for a 12 month lease anyway which turned out to be a "big mistake". Here are facts: lakeside is not sound proof at all, if any one leaves above you; the use of the bathroom upstairs can be heard by the neighbor downstairs. I think you should know what that means; so imagine now having a recreation park just behind the complex with disturbing noise & whistles from soccer games or whatever event that takes place, sound of moving cars that would disturb your sleep. How about the staffs that seems to be professional, willing to do anything to get you moved in, but inconsistent I complained about noise from neighbor that leaves above me and all this female staff could say was that is the sacrifice you have to pay for leaving in an apartment complex . The community is entirely too noisy, I complained so much about noise that I can not even count times the cops have been at my place but it has gone worse that I now resign to fate so has not to constitute myself as a nuisance calling 911 all the time. Unwanted guests can also walk onto the property, water bill is ridiculous; gates always open for anybody and everybody including all the thugs that make sure they are noticed on a daily basis. Safety concerns seems normal, burglaries can happen anywhere, another thing you to know is that rent verification for whatever you need it for is a problem particularly if you want to move out; this is what am dealing with now.., so be cautious when you are ready to move out. Well I think you get the picture........but am sure to some this is home sweet home lakeside villas is an absolute nightmare to live in.
