It is so very sad that this apartment is so poorly built,that living under anyone here is unbearable.You will wake up from a sound sleep when your upstairs neighbor walks around thier apartment.You will belive that someone is in your apartment with you, but its ok,it is just your neighbor upstairs.We have complained till we are blue in the face, but nothing can be done to stop this.We pay to much rent here to live like this.The gated community is a joke. the gates are always broken and remains open for all the riff-raff to come in as they please.Even when the gates are working, the riff-raff waits for the next key holder and they follow in right behind you.Great security huh' The apartments are not fenced in so the condo community next door freely walks thru as a short cut to wal-mart.Did I mention the kids from that community who constantly come into lakeside villas and regularly pull the fire alarms at 2:00 am.Yes life here is luxury.
