Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
the staff will not work or cooporate with you as far as money goes. overcharged water bills, 300 late fee(yea $300 dollars after the 10), and as far as moving out-good luck. move here and you will see people-you will see and hear alot that you dont want too.............treat your tenants like dirt and you shall recieve the same........whoever built these and villas at hampton have really turned hampton for the worse. just ride thru and you will see what i mean..........
