Definitely get a second floor apartment. Because so many kids run free in the complex, I am no longer willing to put up holiday decorations or keep anything outside as I have had problems with things getting stolen off my patio.

Being an apartment or a house isn't the problem, it is the attitude of the people that live in the area. If people in Clayton County and the surrounding areas would be more repsectful of other people, then this type of problem wouldn't occur anywhere.
