I just moved into Walden Landing because Lakeside Villa's apt staff was very unfriendly. The Walden Landing staff was great until I came to pick up the keys. The apt was not ready to move in and I had to wait 2 days for them to clean it out (they had told me the last tenants moved 15 days before my scheduled move in date). They could not find the keys to the garage I was assigned so they assigned another one. When I opened it it was full of someone else's stuff. I had to wait on the 3rd & final garage had to be rekeyed. On move in, the toilet & dishwasher was broken & the both floors full of water that had discolored the floor - this is the day after they "cleaned" the apt. None of the doors in the apt close w/o the panels seperating and cutting a semi-circle in the carpet. Maintance is still scratching their heads on how to fix them. Also good luck at getting anyone in the office during office hours. The posted office hours are 9-6, but the staff opens the doors at 9:30 or 10 & close at 5 or 5:30 daily! I can not WAIT until my lease is up so that I can move onto bigger & better!
