We've lived here only 6 months, and have not had major issues but are unhappy enough to move. We actually moved in a day later than we had anticipated, but the apartment still was not clean. We had to move our stuff in around the cleaning staff. We also had an issue with ants the first week we were here, apparantly they were coming in through the water pipes from the apartment below us. The exterminator came, poked a hole in our wall, and sprayed. The ants are gone, the hole is still there.

Our main issue is with the staff. They consistently do not answer the phone, and do not return voicemails. We thought it would get better with a new girl they hired, but things are still just as unorganized and inattentive as ever. They also have a tendency to be rude and rather condescending--never helpful.
