We are pleased to announce that as of June 1, 2007 Steven D. Bell is the new Management Company of Walden Landing Apartments. Steven D. Bell is focused on the acquisition, financing, ownership, management, and disposition of quality apartment communities, shopping centers and assisted living facilities in the Southeastern United States. We are pleased to be given the opportunity to provide excellent customer service to you, and encourage you to stop by the office and meet our wonderful new Management staff and our marvelous new Maintenance staff. I didn't think the management was allowed to write a review on the apartments they manage. Isn't this a little biased?
