Walden Landing

I would not suggest living here to anyone. I have lived here nearly a year now and things are only getting worse. When I first move in, I complained about several items in the apartment, which were never fixed. I complained about having ants and I was told to spray Windex on them. Even though the pest control people came by, the stuff they sprayed the apartment barely worked, likely diluted with water to save cost. Children wander around into other apartment buildings which they do not live in and loiter around recklessly without any issue. Recently there was a fire in one of the buildings here, come to find out none of the fire and smoke detectors alarmed even though several of the residents pulled the fire alarms, to make things worse we found out that the children who wander around were the cause of the fire. The other day we learned that there have been several cars broken into, though we were told by management that there are patrols to keep the area safe. The gate management is very poorly designed and even though they put up two speed bumps in front of the gate, people are still able to drive in after you. About the only thing which is decent about this place is the parking. I cant wait to see what happens next month.
