Horrible complex. I moved here from a sister property, The sister property was nice and friendly and actually cared about what you had to say. However, all of a sudden, the property was sold to Steven D. Bell and it was like night and day. Rude people, i'm not even sure how any of the staff got their position they are in now. The apartment was not ready when i was promised. I had moving trucks outside with nowhere to put the furniture. The apartments are filled with ants. It takes them forever to get out to do maintance on anything. The stairwells are filled with trash and the gate hand is broken every other day. This complex is on the verge of becoming GHETTO, thank god i am out of there. I do not recommend at all.

People that move around in there jobs like I do have to live in Apartment Homes,Having a problem is not an issue, it's the resolution that counts. You can have worse problems in a housing subdivision and of course your going to hear the unhappy one not the 99% that are happy.

Come on now its an apartment building what are you complaining about? When someone is actually breaking the rules then you can complain. If you were really concerned you would take this matter to futher authority hands so you can get what you feel you deserve. How about organizing a group or team to help clean the neighborhood up instead of complaining about it.
