I have read other peoples reviews and I've heard a lot of negativity. Well first of all let me say this, I lived in a crappy apartment before I moved here. People want to complain about a little bit of ants, well imagine roaches and rats. I have lived here since September 08. I love my apartment so much. the floor plan is awesome. my bedroom is very spacious and the closets are very big with extra shelving. my loft apartment is awesome! I plan on staying here for a couple more years. The only thing i don't like about this place is some of the residents. A lot of the residents i have noticed are very nosy and are huge complainers. So i really think the problem is the residents and not the apartments themselves. the office staff is very nice and professional. This apartment complex is under control and is very far from becoming GHETTO. To those who said that this place is becoming ghetto must not have seen a ghetto ever in their lives. The swimming pool is resort style and maintained perfectly. the fitness center is great with a variety of exercise equipment. I would recommend Walden Landing. It's beautiful and affordable.

NO! NO! NO! Do not move here unless you want to share your apt w ants roaches and bugs. I hate it! Its getto and kids constantly hang out in breeze way.
