Maintenance is terrible!!!! Everything is perfect here, except for maintenance. It takes two weeks fr things to get done. Also, I noticed that 30 year old men hang with 16 year old teens out here!!! Hmmmmm......

FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just moved in here and the roaches have taken over. The noise you hear from certain neighbors is crazy. The office staff is nice and they listen to you when you come in, things just don't get done in a timely fashion. I had so many things

do not move here the staff will not work or cooporate with you as far as money goes. overcharged water bills, 300 late fee(yea $300 dollars after the 10), and as far as moving out-good luck. move here and you will see people-you will see and hear alot that you dont want

Ask The Residents Any problems that may occur (as with anywhere you live) are taken care of in a very timely manner and the staff are always very pleasant.
Location,my floor plan and great customer service is why I moved here and why I will stay.

Noisy and would be better if parents watched their children. Definitely get a second floor apartment. Because so many kids run free in the complex, I am no longer willing to put up holiday decorations or keep anything outside as I have had problems with things getting stolen off my patio.
