I have been living at the Oak View Place Apartments since November 2005 and I absolutely love it. Rent is cheap, especially for apartments this nice. My husband is in the Military and these apartments are right down the street from the Fort Gordon base. Very clean well kept area, terrific view of the woods outside your back door. Big patio/deck outside. Big living room, nice size bedroom, big walk in closet with two sides for space for two people. The staff are very nice people who know you by name, make you feel welcome. They also will work with you and what you can afford. When I moved in, I didn't have the $$ for a deposit, so they allowed me to move in anyway! They also worked with me on my pets. I have two cats a dog and they only charge me pet rent for ONE animal! I truly love this place, it's nice, and peaceful.
