I liked oak view place because of how pretty the area was, the rent was low, the office staff, in my opinion was very nice. I had alot of problems with fleas because of the state in general, but they always sprayed when I requested it. The electric was low, and I loved my apartment, it looked out on a forest like enviroment that only Georgia could give. It is a more naturalistic landscaping with a tropical feel. The downside was the tenants, there were alot of military which was ok, but there were also alot of riffraff tenants that did drugs on the balconies. However; that area of Georgia is known for that type of issue, and we visited several other apartments in Augusta and on post, and the same problems were there. Ants were a problem everywhere, no matter where you went, it is the enviroment, ants were liket he mesquitos, they just keep coming, and you cannot get rid of them, it is a tropical enviroment, that is why the city came through and fogged the streats all the time, it is not the apartments fault. Moving out was a easy. And I have good memories there, the only bad memories I have are of other apartment renters, not the apartments themselves.
