Several serious problems with this property. Poor construction, wiring, and fixtures. Fitness center has inoperational and missing equipment. Internet service has not worked reliably in the year and a half we have lived here. Management listens and claims they will fix problems but does not follow up. Regional management (ECI Group) is completely unwilling to cooperate in any manner with resident requests on problems. Security is nonexistent. The price is much, much too high for what is provided.
