I have lived here for almost three years now and am so ready to leave. The first year was great, the management was friendly and there was not a lot of noise. Now, it is overrun with kids and teenagers, who are loud, and inconsiderate of cars. The management sucks. Every morning you are awaken by the groundskeeper blowing dirt and debris from the sidewalks onto your car (when I told management of this, they said there is nothing they can do). They only come once every year or two to change air filters and spray for bugs. And every year, they try to increase your rent ($40 this time). Also the pool is very nasty. I wouldn't let my dirty dog swim in there. There is always dirt on the bottom and all sorts of bugs floating on top. Also, the gate at the entrance never works (what's the point') The apartments themselves are nice inside, and spacious, but that's about the only positive.
