Anyone who thinks this is a great place to live hasn't gotten out much. Pretty and flowery, yes. Managed well, absoulutley not. My finace and I have lived here for 6 months and had nothing but problems. Let's see...a security gate that is always broken. We were told that it is a restricting gate, not security. Check the ad, it advertising safe living. It's anything but. Three cars were broken into, including my own. I quote from the management, "It's not breaking and entering unless the glass is broken." That has to be the most irresposible thing I've ever heard! Nevermind the slim jim that was used to gain access. The police thought it was bad enough to ad the property to their watch list at night. What a coincidence that the "security gate" was stuck open almost every weekend.
How about the endless parties and kids running around on the week nights and weekends. It's always fun finding middle school kids making out inside the weightroom! By the way, if you like lifting weights, bring tow sacks of flour because the equipment sucks!
Garbage being piled up by the dumpster because people are too lazy to put it in. I'm pretty sure that the application process includes a backround check of only past due library charges. If you have none, you're in!
Fire ants are an improtant part of the ecosystem, but on the third floor' Oh yeah, "That's just natue not our fault."
Don't fall for the $100.00 cash in 30 days referal either. It took us over 120 days to get ours and it wasn't cash. It was taken off our rent. The management claimed they sent the paperwork in immediately. Yet, when I went in for the 5th time to complain, I spied it on the counter in the mailroom.
In short, I don't have any more years to put into this letter. If you're smart, don't come here! If you want to talk to the managements management, look up PRS on yahoo. It's amazing how quick things get down when the office gets a spanking!
ps-When we moved in it was beautiful and wooded in. Now the have cut down all the trees, put in a Hooters and you can hear the sweat serenades of traffic and trains to tuck you in.
