A good place to live

I have been here for a year and have liked it. Garbage pileup can be a problem, though.

Management has changed but has been excellent.

Neighbors can be a bit noisy at times, but I think that's due to the average construction. The apartments do not seem to be well insulated from noise.

The inside of apartments are attractive and spacious. A 1-BR unit is about 1000 square feet, about 20% bigger than The Columns at Hiram across the street.

Some children play in the road, so slow speeds are necessary.

Overall, a decent place to live. It is nicer than Sr. Ives Apartments in Dallas.
