TRASH IS PILED TO THE ROAD EVERY MONDAY AND STINKS TO HIGH HEAVEN. THE GATES ARE PLOWED DOWN EVERY FRIDAY. THE PLAYGROUND IS DESTRYED EVERYWEEKEND BY TEENAGERS. CARS FLY BY THE 3 BEDROOM APARTMENTS WHERE KIDS CROSS THE ROAD, BETWEEN PARKED CARS TO GET TO THE PLAYGROUND. ONE KID HAS BEEN AIRLIFTED AND NO EFFORTS TO CONTROL SPEEDERS HAS BEEN INITIATED. MY CARPET WAS SEVERLY DOG FECES STAINED AND THEY WOULDN'T REPLACE IT WHEN I MOVED IN. MANAGEMENT HAS CHANGED AND SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS AND QUALITY OF THE GROUNDS AND LIVING CONDITIONS HAS DETERIORATED. I MOVED OUT AND THEY MADE EVERY EXCUSE NOT TO GIVE ME BACK MY DEPOSIT.

WELL YES THE TRASH IS PILED UP EVERY WEEKEND BUT THAT IS NOT BECAUSE OF THE MANAGEMENT, I HAVE SAT IN MY CAR AND WATCHED PEOPLE THROW THEIR BAGS FROM THE CURB TO THE END OF THE SIDEWALK. MAYBE IF YOU WERE NOT LAZY AND WALKED IT DOWN TO THE COMPACTOR THIS WOULDNT HAVE BEEN A PROBLEM. I DONT SEE WHY MY NEIGHBORS CAN NOT KEEP UP THE GROUNDS FOR ONE DAY, THEY THINK THAT THIS IS THE CITY DUMP THEN THEY GO AND COMPLAIN ABOUT IT. I HAVE NOTICED THEY HAVE A NEW SECURITY OFFICER THAT LIVES HERE AND EVERYTHING SEEMS TO BE A LOT QUIETER. AND ABOUT THE WHOLE CHILDREN RUNNING OUT IN FRONT OF CARS AND GETTING HIT, JUST LIKE THAT LITTLE GIRL DID, ( OR SHOULD I SAY RUNNING INTO MOVING VEHICLES) THAT IS THE PROBLEM WATCH YOUR CHILDREN AND MAYBE THIS WOULDNT BE AN ISSUE. I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 2 YEARS AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT ABOUT THE MANAGEMENT. SINCE THE NEW MANAGEMENT COMPANY HAS TAKEN OVER MAINTENANCE ISSUES ARE TAKEN CARE OF MUCH QUICKER. I AM GLAD THAT YOU MOVED OUT IF YOU HAD SUCH A PROBLEM YOU SHOULD HAVE NEVER STAYED. I LOVE IT HERE SO JUST BECAUSE YOU HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE, DONT GO RUINING OTHER PEOPLES CHANCES OF ENJOYING A NICE PLACE.
