I just wanted to set some things straight about all the negative comments that have been said about Magnolia Commons. I moved here last year and I personally love it. Yes I live on the bottom floor and you can sometimes hear your neighbors but hello you live in an apartment of course you are going to hear a little noise from the people above you. I mean if you wanted silence why didnt you go live on a farm o wait would your cows make too much noise for you' and i am not trying to down any of my neighbors, but i mean i see the groundskeeper out on saturday mornings cleaning up from everyone who messed up the property since friday then come monday the poor guy is out there ALL day picking up after us. If you all want to live in a beautiful environment, you have to clean up after yourself. I mean we are all adults here and we all know that our mothers told us growing up that they weren't going to be our maids forever right' well at least mine did that is why it makes me ill to see someone throw their trash from the crub instead of walking 5 feet down the sidewalk to open the trash door and put their bag in it. I personally think that this community is the safest one to live in, there has never been any major problems with anyone that i know of. I think my apartment is beautiful and if we all took a little bit of pride in the place that we live in there would never ever be a problem. And for the management, I love the girls in the leasing office they are very sweet and help me in any way that they possibly can. ( THANK YOU GUYS) Anyways I recommend living here, if you want a beautiful apartment this is the place for you!
