MAGNOLIA COMMONS.. NO THANK YOU!

If anyone asks you if you would like to live in Mangnolia Commons... just simply tell them no thank you. I moved into the complex in march of 2005... and needless to say I was miserable. The day it came down to giving my 60 day notice to move out, i was at the office at 12:00am leaving it in their drop box. If you are wondering why I had such a horrible experience, I will tell you. at first living there was amazing, but then around novemeber they went under new management. THE BIGGEST MISTAKE THEY COULD HAVE MADE. They had an old part time leasing agent as the manager, who you could tell was on a power trip, and would blame her problems or things not being done the way that they were supposed to on her "new leasing agents" which on the contrary her new leasing agents seemed to work harder than she did. They would also take my maintenance requests and nothing would ever be done, or if they were done, every light in my apartment would be on when i came home. The "courtesy officer" ha that is the funniest thing that I have ever heard. If you paged him he would call back the next day to make sure everything was ok. There were these teenage girls that lived there who would always have parties, and then they would break liquor bottles in the parking lot, or have 10 paulding county sheriffs at their apartment because they were fighting with each other or eachothers boyfriends. what the heck is that? they put signs out in the front of the property that say eviction crews are coming and then about a month later, after you can tell nothing happens, they will take them down. The gate...that is another joke, i think that out of the whole year that i was living there, the gate was working for all of 3 months, and then when it was working, everyone knew a code to get in so anyone and everyone could get in there whenevr they wanted to. But if you would like to live in a place that any normal person would call hell... then more power to you! And may god be with you!
