Think about what your looking for before you move in. Its cheap, but its a 20 minute drive (without traffic) to anywhere you might want to got, marietta, kennesaw, douglasville, I-20, 75 N/S ect. ect. And if you go to/from work with rush hour add at least 30 minutes to whatever you think its going to take to get there. And dont hope for a parking spot when you get home either. Theres a gate, but it seldom works; my roomate just had his motorcycle stolen about 2 weeks ago. Theres an average pool, but its either completely empty, or over run with kids. Theres alot to do in hiram, but you can only go to the same place so many times before you've had enough. Plus the close by gas stations all charge between 3-6 cents more than some other places. And the maintenance staff isnt very prompt. My AC went out a while back when it was dreadfully hot, and im on the 3rd floor so it was worse, and it took 4 days for them to send someone to fix it.
