Wow, I've read some of the comments and I must say that yes there have been problems in the past with noisey people living here but if you've notice it has gone down a lot since last year. I've lived here for two years and it really isn't a bad place to live. There's not trash at the dumpter anymore, and by the way if you would tell your child to put the trash inside the dumpter it wouldn't cause a problem in the first place. The person who picks up the trash on the property every day does a great job. The new maintenance guy is great, he actually talks to you and takes care of the problem. I actually see him more than I did the other one. The people in the office are very nice and I was a bit upset about them charging for water now, but I did some research and found that everyone is charging for water but aren't being honest about it. I have a friend living at another apartment and pay at least $40 sometimes $55 for water in a two bedroom and I thought I was paying a lot. I complained to the manager and she also had to pay for water and more than I was griping about. Reality is anywhere you go you'll always have problems but at least here they care enough to take care of them. By the way if you're thinking of causing trouble for your neighbors choose somewhere else to live because you will get weeded out. That's probably why it's so much better now. People were playing football by the playground and others were grilling out at the gazebo and just getting along. I was tempted to ask for some barbecue. I like it here and I give props to the manager and the other lady because they're trying to make things better and they actually care and will take the time to listen to you eventhough they have a job to do.
