I've lived here now for almost a year. The apartment size and layout is nice; however, there are several other issues which makes living here a bad experience. For one the noise in the community is not bad; however, the noise in the apartments is horrible. You can hear the tenants above you, walking, bumping, playing music and just being non courteous to residents below them. Children are outside playing, but I've only seen them at the play ground not running around the parking lot as some indicated previously. The staff, it's not the best on friendliness. They seem to smile when they speak and pretend to take care of your issues but you have to check with them several times to check on the status of your work orders. They call these luxury apartments but the insulation is horrible. The apartments do not hold in heat. You have to have you heating set to 85 or above just to heat the place - that = a high electric bill. There doesn't seem to be enough parking spaces for residents. I often arrive home after 7:30 and end up having to park further away from my entrance. There isn't trash around the trash dump as some suggested and the grounds are kept nice. The gate is often broke but they usually fix it soon after. It seems to be broken due to people tearing the pole down by driving through it or something. So over all, I don't think the apartment quality is all that they claim it to be.

I will tell you this. I agree, but the gate did hit my car and I was not trying to tailgate anyone in. I swiped my card and proceeded under the pole and the left side of the gate malfunctioned and rammed my brand new car. We have them under small claims because they refused to pay. They said they watched the videos but I later found out there were no videos so Dominique lied. It is their responsibility to repay me due to their gate. The right side opened and so did the left, until it malfunctioned and swung back and hit my car. It was ridiculous.
