The management at Magnolia Commons is very poor to say the least. The complex looks good from the street but if you move in your on your own to get any response and help from management. No complaint/resolution process in place, no communication, no interior pest control, garbage on the street, noisy neighbors not being addressed, and tenants with dogs can let them pee and poop where ever they please....like in front of my apt! On a hot day after they mow the lawn....phew!!!! If you go into the office most likely you will have to go to the back rooms and follow the laughing and giggling because management hides back there! If you like watching a nice apt complex go down the tubes and become a slum then Magnolia Commons is for you!
