This is our first experience with living in an apartment community. So far, everything has been positive. Sure we hear the kids upstairs running and jumping but so did we in our two-story home before!!! It's not a bother! Construction is quality and with the high ceilings the noise is cut down as much as possible. We've met a bunch of neighbors and other than the lazy folks that leave their trash on the sidewalk by the dumpster so someone else can pick it up for them, everyone here seems to be friendly and responsible. We've had maintenance in 3 times to take care of "walk-through" items and each item was handled quickly and professionally...NEVER got that from a builder!! We aren't stupid and we know problems will arise and we will handle those as they come. The staff here have ALL been very helpful and extremely friendly. I don't think we could expect any more.
