Where should I start' The place is poorly built!! You can hear everyone around you; I have lived in apts before, but this one takes the cake. I can hear people talking in the breeze way, walking up and down the stairs, and I can ever hear the people below me talking in a normal tone!!!! The gates never ever ever work!!! Either one side is not working or they both are not working. The laundry fac. always is a trip; if you plan on doing laundry you better bring enough change (there is no change machine either) to wash everything twice; you will use the money trying to figure which machine works. A/C will only work when it wants and when i wake up in the morning in a puddle of sweat it usually hotter inside than outside. If you want to have phone through your internet provider you have to have cords running accross the room b/c the phone jack and the cable are not on the same side of the room. Half of my windows will not stay open on their own. Also if you love the sound of a train driving through your apt this is the place for you!!! As a bonus if you like to sleep to the sound of machinery backing up (beep, beep, beep, beep) you will love this place. Wait I almost forgot about the nightly ritual of some a-hole "burning rubber" in the hotters parking lot. The dog bombs on the side walk and in the grass make for a great game too!! If I were you I would keep looking!!

The management is nice and parking is good, but the whole sound issue is a deal killer. I can not explain how aweful the sound proofing is!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also they will hit you a ton of fees when you move into the place that they will not tell you about when you ask, renter beware!!

The handy man is the best!! He will do his best to make you happy and is always in good mood; there should be more people like him in the world!!

I don't know where this guy lives but I'm in the same complex and love it! Sure you can hear people talking in the breezway and sure you can hear the kids stomping up the steps in the breazway but it's an apartment complex for crying out loud not a 5-star resort!!!! I guess I'm glad I don't live in the building right behind hooters or maybe I'd feel differently but we've been here on our 2nd year and have no complaints. We've had our AC replaced but that's just normal wear and tear on equipment. I would agree on the maintenance dude. he is the greatest!

I recently moved in, and the walls are very thin.. we hear everything that drops, stomps, or bangs with the people who live upstairs. Also, the people who live downstairs from us, smokes. And the walls are so thin, the smoke comes into my home and stinks it up. I also would have to agree with the a--hole that burns rubber up and down the streets. He does this when he seems to be drunk, because he usually is going so fast when he rounds the corner he fish tails and almost hits parked cars. There is a lot of kids in this property, and it is very dangerous for someone to be doing this.

I hear ya. I hate this place. I disagree with the staff though. I find Jon useless, all he is good for is smiling and waving... and Dominique is the absolute worst manager on the face of the planet. This place could be burning down on Saturday and they will tell you they will have someone out on Monday. The children here need supervision. It is pathetic that they have the audocity to flip you the bird when you are trying to get around them due to them walking down the middle of the road. Parents: Watch your children. They are out till past midnight ringing doorbells and cursing at each other. The parking is great?! Which one do you live in?? I mean seriously. I park on the curb most everyday. I actually like doing that because otherwise careless people will hit your doors anyway. I have seen that stupid guy in the truck and yet i've called about him several times, but GET NO RESPONSE. These jokers don't call you back. They could care less.

THIS PLACE SUCKS! I hate it. These new signs they have up saying that they "Love Their Residents" is the biggest joke I have ever seen.
