The management is beyond rude and they never tell you the same thing! The manager is a ----- and won't discuss anything with until the assistant manager tells you wrong... I will never live in another apartment thanks to this company

WOW! Wonder where this person was living? I've lived here with my family for 2 years and we've had nothing but a positive experience. We've lived in our own homes for 20 years but ended up losing everything in this downturn in the economy. (Construction related jobs). Anyway, this is our first apartment ever and it's been great! If I were to say anything negative about Magnolia Commons it would be the parking problems with people who think only of themselves and not others. that's not a management problem that's a people problem. The girls in the office have always been great...but then we aren't problem people, we mind our own business, and are friendly to everyone. I would recommend this property to anyone...actually I have received multiple referral fees and have several friends living on the property!!!!

Where do you live Randy? Or, do you work for Magnolia Commons? I would be amazed if ANYONE actually had a positive experience here. I agree with the original assessment of this place. IT SUCKS! The manager is horrible. He is so rude!!! When I first moved in, I recommended this place to a friend. He moved in and I NEVER saw the first dime of these "referral fees" that you speak of. I am not a "problem person" and I try to mind my own business, but that is hard when you can hear every move/conversation that your neighbors have, their dogs pee and poop everywhere and the management ALLOWS them to stay!
