I'd never recommend this apartment complex The gate rarely works, the rent has increased 3 times since I've moved in. The neighbors are noisy and are too lazy to put their garbage in the dumpster. The "Courtesy Officer" is nonexistant. The only persons who are worth anything

just keep looking started out ok but the staff and property is now horrible. no parking. i have even had to park on the grass plenty of times.if you want quiet then keep looking some place else. resibents are allowed to get away with anything even people in the pool with open BOTTLES of beer. not

uh, even worse ya, so Columns doesn't have a gate, but this place does but its always broke! Whats the point. The rent is cheap which is nice, but Hooters is out my back window and I'm tired of smelling like chicken wings and having rif raf yelling about beers! Think twice.

Parking Sucks. Each unit should have their own assigned parking space. People have parties and friends over every night, so there is no where for actual renters to park. WTF?

1. Bottom neighbor's son plays music so loud my floor vibrates.
2. Repeated calls to the courtesy officer go under answered, or his never on the property.
