Nice Neighborhood I have been here since May 2011 and the neighborhood is not bad at all. The staff are nice and so are the maintenance. Sometimes the maintenance may take a few days to come out but they get the problem resolved. Its nice and quiet and never any major issues. Would definitely

Current Tenant I live at Magnolia Commons and have lived there since October. I absolutely love the accessibility to Hiram. Everything I need is five minutes away. The maintenance crew is quick and respectful, the amenities are great as well. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!

Very Happy I am very happy with my choice at The Colums at Hiram. There will be issues with any place. But I feel safe. Where I am, it is not noisy. My neighbors are Great!! We all respect one another. Pool is well maintained and the staff does patrol it to make sure the tenants are not abusing

Review I lived in Building #7. Parking was a nightmare. You could hear everything that the people do in the unit above you. Insulation was poor. On site security officer was not at all help full. I did like the maintenance and office staff. They were always friendly.

I'd never recommend this apartment complex The gate rarely works, the rent has increased 3 times since I've moved in. The neighbors are noisy and are too lazy to put their garbage in the dumpster. The "Courtesy Officer" is nonexistant. The only persons who are worth anything

just keep looking started out ok but the staff and property is now horrible. no parking. i have even had to park on the grass plenty of times.if you want quiet then keep looking some place else. resibents are allowed to get away with anything even people in the pool with open BOTTLES of beer. not
