I moved into Homestead over the summer and I think it is a great place to live. I and my school age children are happy with our choice to live here. The staff in the office is always smiling and seems information savvy. The Maintenance. Man Bill is great and is prompt, if needed. The new courtesy officer is doing a great job with the little noise issues that we HAD! Parking is plenty, basketball & skate courts are great to have with kids, not to mention the playground always looks like it has fresh bark in it. This place is a step up from normal, especially, in the Jasper area. I will be here for a while.
