I will admitt the apartments are nice. Staff is fun. But in my complex its hell. Im pregnant and there are never any parking spaces. Theres a new car parked up front all the time... what should be parking spaces for renters are parking spaces for visitors. So pregnant me has to park a block over. Neighboors are loud, Im talking about parties on week nights and god knows I cant say anything because the renter is maintances brother. So my doctors apointments at nine and there party ends at two. No sleep for me. The man has no respect for my husband who works ten hour days on a sencond shift. So he gets in at four in the morning and and the bikers start cranking there motorcycles up at seven. It gets worse. My husband tries to rest in on weekends...cant do that movers are blaring music below our apartment at nine in the morning. Fireworks go off at eleven at night and nothing is done. Cops come but more go off. And when I call the cops what good does it do the cops tell them to quiet down and they do...but tomorrow its all over again. I dread this place. I hate it and when my lease is up I will be telling Jean, I wont be sighning again ask my neighboors why. This place is a disaster, and I dont want my kid growing up in this. Its a wonderful apartment...but all the money we invest in this place does not amount to the noisy biker who never lets us sleep. Im sick of this and if this proceeds I will be skipping out on my lease and will sue for my money. Im sorry, this is worse than ELM STREET and FREDDY is not my nightmare. Its HASTY BLVD and my nightmare is my REDNECK BIKER NEIGHBOORS who have no respect. People speed through the apartments like its a nascar race. The woman below my apartment has a loud dog who wont shut up. When I ask about the drug bust to Jean... I get a lie. When several renters have told me about it and one person even showed me a newspaper article. Children Of The Corn run out in front of cars. I dont know how some of these people get a license when half of them double park making it imposible to park in some spaces. Floating diapers in the pool. This just isnt what I signed on for... talk about a waste. People park at the mailboxes and go to the pool. Making it hard for me to check my mail. I always pay my rent on time and never have had a complaint and I leave trash out side my door for one day and get a knock on my door telling me to move it or we will be fined. When renters across from me leave there trash out for days. The only good thing thats came from this place is the case of beer my husband found while walking a block from his car to our apartment. Not A good sign if ask me... what if it was a kid who found that. Its sad how some people are careless. If its a party place your looking for than METH MANOR is for you. A private, quiet home, THEN THINK AGAIN!!!!!

Dang what building do you live in I don't have these problems but thought about moving to another apartment don't want to switch to yours.
