My husband our 2 dogs just moved into these apartments. We came up the day before our move in date and they got the lease ready. Jean and Leah are very friendly and helpful! The playground is nice and so is the basket ball courts. If you see someone in a breezeway there are going to greet you. Nice and friendly people. As far as drugs go... The way I look at it is...everywhere has drugs, but I have not seen or heard of any drug activity in or around the complex. If you pay your rent on or before the 1st you get entered into a drawing to receive 1/2 month's rent free. This really is a great place. When we moved in, the carpets were cleaned very well and there was fresh paint in every room. It looked and smelled brand new! Maintenance was VERY helpful and friendly! The ONLY dislike I have about the apts are that people don't clean up after their dogs....but I love this place.
