Nice apartment; worst customer service I've ever encountered

Live here only if you don't plan on talking to the management, which like someone else said, is almost impossible. The actual apartment itself is really nice. Nice appliances, countertops, carpet and layout. But the amenities are basically nonexistent. The pool was never opened, the fitness room is filled with broken equipment, the laundry room reeks of Lord knows what every single time we go in there, the trash is almost always overflowing, and the gate is always broken. I don't know if a tenant kept breaking it (I think they should install cameras there) but the management's response is really slow. The gate sometimes went for weeks without being fixed, which doesn't make you feel secured at all.
I've never had a problem with any apartments so it was a 1st experience for me. They take foreverrrr to fix your maintenance requests, give you the run around on EVERYTHING that you ask them and never call you back when they said they were going to. We literally had to keep calling back and calling back & hunt them down for simple things. And they continue to give you the run around once you finally get in touch with them, basically never resolving any issues.
Basically their customer service sucks!!!
Our rent was decent and the apartment was nice compared to other apartments in the area so that's why we chose it. I would never ever ever in my life live there again if they had the same managing ethics. Someone told me that they change management more often than people change their oil, which should tell you something. But apparently all of them had the same bad customer service ethics because nothing changed.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to live there if you value good customer service as you won't get any and will just end up just as frustrated as myself and all the other tenants. Take your money somewhere else. A nice apartment isn't worth dealing with bad management who is supposed to be accomodating you, not inconveniencing.
And it's funny to see them react and get mad on here. You shouldn't be mad because people are telling the truth. You CANNOT deny truth, whether you like what is said or not. Truth is truth. Even if people don't believe these reviews (which are completely accurate) they'll find out the hard way once they move in. You should take these reviews and use them to better the way you guys handle business. Because at the rate that you're going you guys are going to be out of business in the next couple of years. You can only treat people badly for so long.
